Content Reminders
- All logos and brand assets must be loaded into Google Drive to create your content and we are not responsible for delayed posting without timely brand assets
- All brand photos must be loaded into Google drive for content creation
- After graphics are presented for approval, please submit all changes within 3 business days
- Revision requests after you have approved your graphics will be billed at $150 per hour.
- You must have a facebook business page, instagram business acount in order for us to auto post for you
- If you require assistance connecting your facebook to your instagram page, it's billed at $150 per hour.
- We are not affiliated with facebook or instagram, we're not responsible for your account deletion, disable, etc.
- We follow all facebook and instagram guidelines to ensure your accouts are safe.
- Promotional post requests at the begninning of your billing cycle.
- We cannot guarantee same day graphic requests.
- Edit requests within your three day window will be completed in 48 hours.
- Edit requests past your three day window are subject to our availability.
- We do not have a contract, however, we request that you cancel or pause subscriptions within 14 days of renewal or you will be subject to $250 service fee.
- This Social Media Subscription does not include any instagram audits or optimization of your bio. These are additional services that can be purchased in Shop.kickstartsocial.co
- We provide 1 complimentory Edit. Additional fees may apply for graphics changes beyond a reasonable request.
We take great pride in our graphic design, content curation and posting strategy. Please take time to review all content for any changes to allow timely corrections for your account. This includes promos, sales, holidays, offers etc.
